Shipping times provided on our website are dispatch times, not production times. 

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the dispatch times as this is dependent on Australia Post. 

We cannot process refunds for late deliveries as a result of delays with Australia Post. 

We cannot be held responsible for any damages to your items during delivery however if you provide us with photo's we can lodge a complaint with Australia Post.

We cannot offer refunds for orders damaged as a result of Australia Posts handling processes.

 

Local Express Courier Delivery

Items are left unattended if no one is home, leave an esky or cooler bag out to keep items out of the weather if you will not be home to receive your order. 

We cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for items damaged as a result of the Australian climate or other outside circumstances if the items are left unattended. 

We cannot be held responsible for items stolen as a result of being left unattended.

If you have not received your order email us at info@get-stufd.com and we can confirm with the courier service, the delivery status of your order.
